GENERAL MANAGER OF TICKET SALES AND OPERATIONS

Originally from Leighton, Alabama, Ben attended the University of North Alabama and graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. Ben started his career in sports as an intern with the Rocket City Trash Pandas Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels. In 2021 Ben worked in ticket sales for the Memphis Redbirds Triple-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals as well as Memphis 901FC USL soccer team. In 2022 Ben worked with the Tennessee Smokies Double-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs as an Account Executive. During his time off he enjoys hunting with his dog Rio, watching Alabama football, the Atlanta Braves, and spending time with his nieces Hadlee, HK, and nephew Hunter.

TICKET SALES AND OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Marcus Cooper was raised in central West Virginia and began his collegiate career playing two years of college football in the state before transferring to Eastern Kentucky University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management at EKU, where he also gained experience working in college athletics. Marcus later spent time with IMG Academy before arriving at the University of North Alabama, where he now serves as a Ticket Sales and Operations Associate.
