Madi Etherton graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2025 with a BBA in Management. With more than three years of experience in hospitality, sales, and event coordination, she’s built a strong foundation in relationship‑driven work. Austin Peay has been home to her since day one, and she’s grateful for the chance to support a community that shaped her.

DIRECTOR OF TICKET SALES

Kelsey is transitioning to athletics development and coming to Austin Peay following a six year career in ticket sales at Texas Tech. While at Texas Tech, she was able to generate over $3.5 million in ticket revenue across football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, soccer and softball ticket sales. She started her career in ticket sales at Southern Miss where she spent a summer working in their ticket office as an intern. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport, Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis in Sport Management from Troy University and also obtained a minor in Music.

Joe Hudak is a Binghamton, New York native with experience in sponsorship sales, fan engagement, and community‑focused initiatives. He earned both his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and his master’s degree in Sports Administration from St. Bonaventure University, where he also supported the athletic sponsorships team as a Graduate Assistant. Joe is passionate about building strong relationships and contributing to the success of college athletics.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Nathan Combs was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and earned his degree in Sport Management from the University of Cincinnati. He spent four years with the Cincinnati Reds in a variety of roles across multiple departments, where he developed a passion for connecting with fans, building relationships, and engaging with the local community.
