UNC Greensboro Athletics Signs Multiyear Extension with Taymar
Greensboro, North Carolina (April 2, 2026) – UNC Greensboro (UNCG) Intercollegiate Athletics and Taymar have signed a multiyear extension for the firm to continue handling outbound ticket sales and operations for the department’s ticketed events.
“We are excited to extend our partnership with Taymar as part of our continued commitment to improve our fan experience and grow our university’s brand,” said UNCG Director of Athletics Brian Mackin. “We value Taymar’s partner-centric model and collaborative approach and we look forward to engaging even more effectively with our growing Spartan fan base. Extending our partnership will be integral as we continue to grow ticket numbers for both men’s and women’s programs.”
Taymar is hiring Ashlynn Templin as Director of Ticket Sales and Operations, a promotion from her most recent position working as Senior Account Executive with the University of Kentucky. Over the past three years, Taymar has collaborated with UNCG Athletics to grow ticket sales revenue. Among the highlights:
Taymar increased annual ticket revenue by an average of 26%
Increased group tickets by 675%
Built new fan experiences to engage groups and community members.

UNCG was Taymar’s first school partner in the state of North Carolina, which today includes UNC Asheville, UNC Wilmington and Queen City Soccer Club as additional clients in the state. UNCG is one of five SoCon schools that works with Taymar (The Citadel, Samford, Furman and Tennessee Tech).
