Eric Evans is a fundraising and advancement professional with a strong background in higher education, athletics, and donor engagement.  Previously, Eric served as the Director of Philanthropy at Austin Peay State University, focusing on major gift fundraising and corporate partnerships for both the College of Business and the Office of Military and Veteran Affairs. He also worked in the business and finance department for University of Tennessee Athletics, supporting budget management, financial operations, and early NIL-readiness initiatives. Additionally, Eric held advancement roles at Lincoln Memorial University, focusing on donor engagement and annual giving growth.  Eric is a four-year college basketball player, competing at both Albion College and Cornerstone University, where he was part of the 2017 NAIA National Runner-Up team. He completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Communications, and holds a Master of Science in Sports Administration from Arkansas State University.
