GENERAL MANAGER OF TICKET SALES

Originally from Dekalb, Illinois, Zack attended Northern Illinois University and graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a minor in Sport Sales. Zack began his career as an Account Executive working for the Rockford IceHogs, the AHL affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks. Outside of work, Zack enjoys travelling, playing basketball and golf, while also attending a variety of live sporting events.

TICKET SALES AND OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Sean Haywood is from Wheaton Illinois. He graduated Cum Laude from Loras College this past May with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Sports Management and Business Administration. He previously had interned with the Kane County Cougars as a Game Day Operations and Ticket Operations intern. During his time at Loras, he was also the Co-President, Treasurer, and Finance Chair of the Intramural's program. He looks forward to contributing to the success of NIU Athletics and growing professionally and personally within this new role! Go Huskies!
