Ben Lukacher brings nearly a decade of experience across collegiate and professional sports, including roles with Elevate at Penn State, the Rochester Red Wings, and UMass Athletics. He began his career at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, gaining experience in marketing, premium seating, and student‑athlete development. Ben values relationship‑building and creating meaningful fan experiences.
